The staff were SO friendly! i really liked the rooftop pool area. It included a bar. the hotel location was amazing with many restaurants nearby. our room stayed quiet at night. It helped me sleep.
i noticed the coffee wasn't my favorite.

The rooftop pool offered a beautiful view of the waterfront. the gym was accessible 24/7 and contained excellent equipment.. i also rented a bicycle directly from the hotel. Made exploring the surroundings easy.
the breakfast buffet did not include specialty coffees like cappuccino, though milk was available for regular coffee.

the location proved convenient. the hotel had a taxi rank opposite the entrance. secure underground parking was available onsite.
the minibar was not stocked. though free water was provided daily, i would expect a fully stocked minibar. the tap in the bathroom leaked and the toilet seat was not properly fitted.

the room design felt modern. i found the bathroom to be spacious. the hotel offered easy access to public transport. the included breakfast was varied and provided plenty of options.
i noticed a slight delay when i requested extra towels, a minor issue.

The check-in staff seemed helpful and pleasant. So i guess that's something.
The room furniture looked very "design", but form won over function. It wasn't very comfortable. the pillows were too flat, and the mattress springs felt fatigued. Honestly, it was like they skimped on comfort. plus, taking a shower almost always created a lake at the bottom of the bathtub.

The hotel is located close to rambla del poblenou. it has many cafés, restaurants, and locals. the location to the beach is superb. It is a seven minute walk.
the pool IS quite small.

the hotel rooms are super spacious and includes a lovely balcony. every day the room was perfectly cleaned and some drinks were free. the breakfast buffet was yummy with lots of choice including Jamon iberico.
the gym was medium sized and not especially large.
